Make Your Party Unforgettable with Add-on & custom products

• When browsing our catalog of products, please make sure to read the description carefully. You will be required to answer questions on each product that you‘re purchasing. There will be an additional comment section at checkout where you can input more information about your order, if applicable.

• There is a category available for rental of party equipment. Please note, this option is only available to individuals who have already booked an inflatable option. 

ALL PARTY EQUIPMENT IS FOR RENTAL ONLY. EQUIPMENT WILL BE DELIVERED & RETURNED TO COMPANY ON THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKED INFLATABLE RENTAL. 

• Selected products will be added to your cart until you are ready for checkout. All products are paid for at the time of checkout. If you have any questions about your selected products, please contact us prior to purchasing. 

• REFUNDS: We do not accept any refunds. A mock-up of your custom design will be sent via email 1-3 days after your purchase for approval. Please contact us with any questions or concerns if you are unsatisfied with your items. 

• PROCESSING TIME: Custom products will be completed within 1-2 weeks, NOT including shipping time (if applicable). Custom items will not be worked on until approval of the mock-up is given.

• SHIPPING: All custom products, with exception of the Custom Party Favor Package, are available for shipping. Please make sure to indicate your delivery preference within the comments section at checkout. Your shipping total will automatically calculate once that option is selected.

• DELIVERY: If you are purchasing products for your party scheduled with our inflatable rental, we will deliver your products free of charge the day of your event. Please make sure to indicate your delivery preference within the comments section at checkout.

• PICK-UP: If you are a local Texas resident (GALVESTON COUNTY, HARRIS COUNTY, BRAZORIA COUNTY), we can arrange a designated pick-up location for your custom products. Please make sure to indicate your delivery preference within the comments section at checkout.
